We have harvested our chamomile and have it drying in our kitchen. the smell is sweet, and warm, like honey in the summer. We plan to make a tea to use in popsicles, and maybe chamomile jelly.
I wish you could smell my kitchen right now...

How lovely. We are planting chamomile for the first time this year. Just waiting for the chance of frost to pass.
