Berkeley's Cordonices Park and Rose Garden

We recently went exploring in these fantastic parks.  One side of the road has a gigantic slide, play ground, grassy area, and trails through the woods and connected by a tunnel the other side has a terraced rose garden, with trails, views, and a water feature.  We will definitely return when the roses are in bloom.  Our homeschool group meets here once a month, so we have that option also.
