Here's a glimpse at what we did in our 19th week of homeschool, January 21st-25th.
Our theme was Maple Syrup.
We read read a few books about the maple syrup process, one specifically about the Native American traditions. Dawn till Dusk mentions maple season in Vermont's North East Kingdom, so I counted it as a maple book because I love it. I tried my hand at making maple candy. Not my favorite, but the kids liked it a lot. The ingredients list was simple: Maple syrup. So that was fun.
